Aims of data processing
The Head of Luoghi di Tango a.s.d.- in base of art.13 “Informativa” of legislative decree June 30th, 2003 n. 196 and further updating (to the legislative decree September 14th, 2015 n. 151 and European Regulation 679/2016) of the Codex of personal details’ protection – informs that:
a) personal data processing serves the purpose to:
- provide Luoghi di Tango a.s.d. membership to the achievement of the Goals and Objectives of the association itself (see art. 1 Statute)
- provide Acsi-Faitango membership to guarantee the insurance coverage R.C. natural persons to the participants of all the activities of Luoghi di Tango a.s.d. ; to have conventioned obligations imposed by SIAE (music copyright); authorization to N.O. for exercising the administration of food and alcoholic and/or superalcoholic drinks;
- contact and get in touch with the participants or with people interested in Luoghi di Tango a.s.d. activities made to achieve the Goals and Objectives of the association itself (see Statuto art. 1);
- using electronic instruments for direct contacts and/or
- sending informations regarding the activity and further events made to achieve the Goals and Objectives of Luoghi di Tango a.s.d.
b) personal data processing is mandatory to provide personal data, as it was mentioned above at point ‘2.’ ;
c) potential refusal of the response will have as a consequence the impossibility of the Acsi- Faitango membership and impossibility to participate in the all activities forecast for the achievement of the goals and objectives of Luoghi di Tango a.s.d.;
d) personal data won’t be communicated or spread;
e) the exercise of the rights is written in art. 7 “Diritto di accesso ai dati personali ed altri diritti” in D.L. n. 196/2003 mentioned above and in its further update (in the legislative decree September 14th, 2015 n. 151);
f) the owner and responsible of the personal data processing is Vincenza Stagnini (the president of Luoghi di Tango a.s.d.) resident in Milano (CAP 20125), via Cristoforo Gluck 15, C.F. STGVCN66S56F158L.
The personal data gathered from the website are processed at the premises of the Head of the Treatment.
